I completed my MD in General Medicine from Trivandrum Medical College in 1992, following my MBBS in 1989, and went on to pursue DM in Cardiology at the Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology, Trivandrum, in 1996.

Over the years, I witnessed firsthand the immense struggles faced by patients undergoing cancer treatment. The physical, emotional, and financial toll often extends far beyond what medical care alone can address. With this realization, a group of like-minded individuals and I came together with a shared vision—to create a support system that could walk alongside these patients in their journey.

This vision gave birth to Sankalp Beautiful World, an NGO that has been active for the past decade, providing care, support, and assistance to cancer patients. Our work has brought relief and hope to many, but we recognize that the need is far greater than what we alone can fulfill.
